Where are you located?

It can be a little tricky to find—drive between the bank and the dentist office, and we’re the white building on the right. You can enter through the center door or the door on the right for suites 2210–2214.

What is therapeutic massage?

Therapeutic massage is designed to help relieve pain, tension, and stress, while improving circulation, mobility, and overall well-being. It’s more than just relaxing—it’s a healing approach tailored to your body’s specific needs.

At Cicada Massage, every session is fully customized to you. Just book the amount of time you’d like, and your therapist will adjust the session to your goals, whether that’s deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, or anything in between.

​ What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up and don’t contact us, you may be charged the full session rate.

We’re flexible and understanding—just please communicate with us.

What’s the difference between “Professional” and “Expert” massages?

  • Professional Massages are performed by therapists who are newer to the field. They’re more affordable, but still highly skilled and effective.
     

  • Expert Massages are provided by therapists with 5+ years of experience and advanced certifications. Ideal for those with chronic pain, injury recovery, or more complex needs.

What should I expect at my first massage?

You’ll complete a short intake form and chat briefly with your therapist about your needs.

We’ll customize your session to help you feel better and more balanced—whether you’re here for stress relief, injury care, or overall wellness.

How long are sessions?

We offer 45-, 60-, 75-, and 90-minute sessions.

Simply choose how long you’d like us to work on you—your therapist will take care of the rest and adjust based on your goals.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card, cash, or mobile payment apps. Payment is due after your session unless prepaid through online booking.

What is your policy on inappropriate behavior?

Cicada Massage is a professional and safe space.

Any sexually suggestive comments or inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately. You will be charged in full and banned from future services.

Can I book in Idaho Falls?

Yes! If you’re closer to Idaho Falls, you can book with our sister company, Luna Massage.

You’ll receive the same level of care and professionalism you would at Cicada Massage. We share the same standards, training, and team values.

Ayurvedic massage is a traditional Indian healing practice that uses warm oils, rhythmic strokes, and intentional movements to restore balance in the body’s energy (or doshas). It promotes detoxification, deep relaxation, and mind-body harmony.

We offer an Ayurvedic massage add-on at no extra cost—just let your therapist know you’d like to include it!
